Automatic pipe welding machine is the automatic welding equipment that is applicable for the fusion welded butt joints between straight tubes, between straight tube and flange or between straight tube and angle pipe. This equipment applies integrated structure and mainly includes welding main body, turning roll, HBQ-C automatic welding wiggler, welding gun lifting mechanism, welding source and electric control system.
The control system can realize continuous arc welding for multi-layer and multi-job of thick pipes. It can control 8 layers, the welding parameters and swinging parameters can all be separately configured.
